what can I overclock to safely without damage. My simulations will run for 4-16 hours. Some are ram intensive and other are cpu. Renders are ram and gpu intensive. I would like to overclock as much as I can without damaging components I have seen some people saying they got cpu to 4.5 hrs and ram to 3800 but not sure if thatโs realistic or theoretical
