Looks like my console hasn't even shipped yet, as an ~11k backer this is really disappointing. I don't know what they meant by 100% shipped, but for me and others it is obviously a lie.

At this point I am definitely not going to get a console by release date, thinking about getting a refund and just getting one through amazon. Anyone know of any reasons why I shouldn't do this at this point?

The fact that they have lied to me over and over is really making me want to not support them in the future (and starting to think of stopping supporting them through refund).

The lack of communication, and the fact that they never let on that I wouldn't be receiving a console by release is making me bitter, but if they can respond in a correct manner to my support ticket in the near future I'll stick with it and wait for my console to eventually come (if it ever plans on leaving the warehouse)
