How to get over a family player being banned?

Some time ago now, in season 2011, a brother player was set to spawn that season but the day he was meant to spawn we saw that he was forcibly banned for no apparent reason. It’s been ages but that still haunts me and I just can’t get over it. I wish I got to play with him.
