Issue actually launching the game on PS4 Pro

Everytime I try to actually launch the game, it hangs on the launch window (the plain image with the Outriders logo) and then shuts my PS4 Pro down.

Every other game on my PS4 (Destiny 2, Genshin Impact, Borderlands 3, Division 2) launch perfectly fine.

I've been trying since 5:20AM CST in US with no luck.

Deleted the game and demo and redownloading in hopes that this fixes the issue causs I sure don't wanna have to get on the horn with Playstation to get a refund.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue on PS4 Pro or even Xbox?

Edited to add: I downloaded it last night at around 12:30AM CST and checked my available space on PS4 Pro and it shows 201GB available.
