What are your methods for calculating your hours? I'd like to use excel but I can't figure out how to get a column with unequal values to add up.

They return as hh mm ss (IF the value is not zero) but because they don't use placeholders.

take for example the following 3 data points. [1h 10m, 52m 47s, 1h 10m]

If I separated say, based on space, i'd get 2 columns. then i'd get one column that has [1h, 52m, 1h] and a second with [10m, 47s, 10m]. Since you can't add them with different units, it wouldn't be helpful this way.

so, my question is - 1(a) how do you either convert them into something more useful in excel, such as if you know of a formula or a workaround, or 1(b) do you just end up using the csv file in some other way to extract the data?
