Delay in task completion to compensation - is this good?

Hi all, working on goldfish crackers right now. I've noticed that sometimes there's a delay between completing a task and it showing up in my earnings. Recently it was about five minutes or so. My question is this: is a task immediately sent to a reviewer, and it only shows up after they review it? If so, if I haven't been getting any feedback and I've been getting compensated for everything, does that mean I'm doing a good job? I really like this project, both financially and chatting with LLMs is what I do for fun. I just want to make sure I'm doing good enough to keep on with it.
