How long is a goldfish crackers task supposed to be?

Hi all,
Just got signed up, on boarded, and now working on my first true task on GC. However it won't let me submit after two rated turns. I'm up to four now, just chatting away with the model. Is there a specific number of turns, or will it let me submit only after the two hours is reached? Not really sure what to do here.
