I was just taking a stroll down memory lane and thinking about the first time I played Outlast. I remember feeling very drawn into the game. When it said “you are Miles Upshur” I TOOK THAT SERIOUSLY APPARENTLY. I remember being really hyped as well? The game wasn’t new at all but I felt in a sense that I was doing something badass. I was determined to film everything at first but got really scared REALLY fast and just focused on surviving. I didn’t absorb most of the lore because I was so focused on making it out. I remember being in the sewers in the dark, knowing Chris was nearby and thinking, “Damn do I really wanna continue? Can my heart take it?”
