Does he mainly do what he does out of an extremely misguided sense of justice and morals (I.e. the law should be followed to overly strict extents, minorities are dangerous, brutal violence is always an appropriate response to disruptive behaviour from civilians), or is he mainly just a greedy sadist who harms for both fun and financial gain, while also being an authoritarian bigot as a secondary trait? Which aspect of Coyle do you think mainly drives him: his desire to follow a twisted set of rules, or a desire to just be rich and have as much sick fun as he can?
