Dakine customer service may be the absolute worst

I have a warranty claim for a backpack and submitted it 5 months ago. They claim that they are backed up and will take 2 months to respond. I’ve followed up 3 times - monthly after with no response. It’s pretty sad as I have 6 bags that are dakine. I would caution anyone buying that the warranty customer service is awful.
