Is the Oura Ring worth it?

Hi all,
Probably preaching to the choir here but wanted to get some external opinion of those of you who use the Oura ring on a regular basis regarding whether is it worth buying.
Normally wear a fitbit to get information about sleep, heartbeat and workouts, to be honest, is just find it very uncomfortable plus always ruins a good look.
Therefore, would you recommend I buy the Oura ring?
