What does Oura track that Apple Watch doesn’t?

My trainer wants me to buy an Oura Ring. My friend checked and saw that the Apple Watch and Oura contain exactly the same sensors. So what additionally would I get from Oura?
My trainer said it’ll track my recovery better, but if the sensors are the same, I’m trying to understand what’s truly different .
