I’m a longtime Whoop user who has become disenchanted with the device. Some of the blatant inaccuracies of the activity data has led to me to question if any of is real and largely consider it useless, but the sleep and recovery data is important to me.
Initially was considering switching to an Apple Watch, however those things need to be charged nightly which renders it useless for sleep tracking, so I’m considering switching to an Oura to utilize primarily for sleep and recovery tracking, supplemented by an Apple Watch for activity tracking during the day (I lift weights, which isn’t super great for wearing the ring)
Interested in feedback from others who have made the move from whoop and what your experience has been!
Edit: bonus question: would only wearing the ring at night render it useless if I’m not collecting data during the day?
