OK so whenever I'm out and about, I usually end up seeing a jogger or a cyclist go by me who looks like a middle age guy wearing a jogger's outfit and I think to myself, "Was that Mark Sutcliffe?" I know he's a runner, IDK if he's a cyclist but he seems athletic.

I think it's also telling that our Mayor could be one of many random middle age joggers throughout the city and probably can't tell which lol. This kinda reminds me of when Jimmy Kimmel asked people who Doug Emhoff is or Conan O'Brian showing a book cover that says "Is this Oliver Platt from behind?".

But let me know if you randomly spotted Mark Sutcliffe in public or even if you think you spotted him cuz I can't be the only one.
