Hey folks,
I have put down a downpayment in 2020 for a pre-construction in Pathways Findlay Creek that was originally supposed to be delivered in Dec of 2022 and is now moved to be delivered in Sept 2023. The initial agreement says this is their last possible delivery date and moving beyond this would require them to start paying a compensation of some sort.
Now to the question
is there anything I could do to put pressure on the construction company to build and deliver on time.. Is it possible for the construction company to back-out of this deal ... prices of houses of gone up considerably.
