Does the city bother to enforce its Airbnb rules? Since last April only primary residences can be used yet there's an ocean of obvious investment properties listed in Ottawa.

Post Body
Any evidence the city has bothered to enforce its rules? I know someone who submitted violations to the city of Vancouver and they responded 3 years later that it was too late to investigate, hopefully the enforcement in Ottawa isn't as bad a joke.
