Somehow, while playing I came up with two theories, one which was much more ridiculous than the other.

First, I felt like Peter was Jupiter. But this was based only on his hair and eyes, and that Jupiter wears a mask. Then of course, that he was hopeless with things like a camera and general human stuff. Over time, I was less sure of this but it sat at the back of my mind.

Then, I was wanting to female gaze at Jupiter and looked him up. I saw a CG that looked awfully official and started to suspect he was the secret route. I was drinking a couple days later and broke down, asking another otome player who was secret route. Alas, it was Jupiter. While playing Ryuki, I was thinking back to my other post about Chii and how the relationship feels abusive, to which someone commented that the joke comes full circle and it makes sense later. For some reason, I started to giggle about the possibility of Chii actually being Jupiter due to Chii's electric zaps and dislike of the other LIs. I dismissed this quickly, but still found it silly and funny.

While looking up how to unlock the secret route after completing all 5 others (which was apparently just starting a new game- Facepalm. I clicked on a page thinking it was a guide but it listed the secrets of the secret route... Namely that Jupiter was Peter. Not only that, he was CHII AS WELL! My jaw dropped so fast and hard, I could not believe some goofy little idea I had about Chii led me to actually predict this. I never get this kind of stuff right. (I sure as heck didn't see the kaiju battle coming at the end of Gill's route lmao)

In conclusion, a broken clock is right twice a day apparently.
