Post Body

Hi,

I was recently looking over my internal procedures and came across several such as ā€œCivilian Complaint Processā€, ā€œHandling Interactions Involving Civilians with Special Medical Needsā€, etc.

The term in all my docs and procedures is ā€œCivilianā€ or ā€œCiviliansā€; is there an widely accepted term used to denote someone who is not otherkin?
