Is there something like Launchpad, but for folders?

I'd like to be able to use a Launchpad-type app to see a nice overlay with six folders displayed in one or two rows (music, movies, photos, books, games, documents). I've got some rather pretty custom folder icons, so I'd love the icons to be pretty big, bigger than Launchpad seems to allow. When I click on an icon, I'd like to launch a Finder window of the folder's contents.
Is there something out there that suits my needs? I'm running El Capitan at the moment.
