Post Body

For the last few months I've been having an issue with network connectivity after resuming. I've only had this machine since October, but I definitely don't recall having this issue originally, though I suppose it is possible.

If I step away from my desk for a while, my machine goes to sleep. When I get back, I wake it up and log in. While System preferences shows my network connections Wireless, Thunderbolt Ethernet and VLANS) as active, I don't actually have network access for another 40 seconds usually.

I really, really dislike having to wait to get network access back. I'd love to know if there's anything I can do to fix this. Any suggestions? Ideas?

Thanks!
