A lawyer colleague of mine brought me a Macbook Air that he purchased a while back for use in his office. He got the unit for an employee who setup the Macbook with her own apple id and password. He basically wants me to reset the macbook for him. I've tried every way that I know to get into the Macbook and reset the password. There was a password hint on the main screen but that was all. I am able to get into the Recovery mode, but it wants me to go through the normal apple reset process to get into. The employee is long gone from the practice and most likely would not be willing to assist. Does anyone have any tips on me being able to reset this for him?
