More susceptible to sugar crashes?

Post Body

This morning I started the day off with a can of Mt Dew. It's my one day a week for caffeine and not the best diet choice but that's a tale for another day.

About an hour after drinking it, I decided to go get breakfast but I was exhausted. Not the normal tired either, it was like I was paralyzed. I got enough sleep the night before, but I ended up taking a 30 min nap or so. Then felt fine enough to go about my day.

I've heard people say it's easier to get intoxicated with an illeostomy, and I definitely get dehydrated much easier without my large intestine.

Are sugar crashes something that can happen easier as well? I can't remember the last time this happened to me.
