so of course what would a music festival be if i couldn't smoke all day.
When I went to Michigan this year for EF I was able to smoke freely wherever I was with no hassle. is that the same here or do I need to find a secluded spot or just smoke in the crowd etc etc?
Also is there any dispensaries I can go to in montreal or even Smoke lounges. It'd be cool to go to one of those before or after.
