Hello and Happy Halloween everyone!! So.. I've got this issue that's been giving me anxiety up the wazoo..
My palate has arched on my left side due to pressure on my palate from my tongue while sleeping. I managed to stop the habit, but will this reverse?
I was told from a friend that I cannot form a 'permanent' high arched palate as an adult, since that apparently requires my maxilla to be more formidable for that to happen. Is this true?
I notice I was having some nasal obstruction, or something like that in my left nostril, my voice has been a little bit more nasally and I accidentally snore while breathing and laying down sometimes now. Will this reverse since I'm an adult or no?
Is this a palatal issue that is naturally reversible ot no? Or could it even be both a palatal and maxilla issue that requires an operation?
Thank you for your time!
