I am hoping to find a permanent solution, as Botox is apparently a temporary solution. My right temporalis is making my upper right part of my face wider than my left side (I believe so at least).
Are there stretches/massages that might help it atrophy over time? I heard their are certain chewing patterns that stop temporaralis activation, but I heard that was just bro science.
Any pointers? I am guessing this has to be the reason for my face being wider on the right side, if not, I do not know. Is there a way to tell if it's extra skull width in one side versus muscle width?
Does anyone have any pointers on seeing a specialist as to why either my right temporalis is bigger or my right side of my head?
