Hey everyone lately I have been wanting to get a thicker stronger neck. So I have been doing neck curls (putting ten pounds on my forehead and doing about 25 reps 4 sets) and have noticed my neck getting stronger and fatigued but also the root of my tongue and kind of my mandible area getting alittle fatigued as well, getting worked out. The root of my tongue has been easier to put up for longer and with much more ease. (I have been mewing for 5-6 months now) I was shaving this morning and I noticed my lower face and neck look alittle more structured. Btw I ainโt no doctor or anything Iโm just saying this is what I have noticed since doing neck workouts 3 times a week for 3 weeks so far.
