My face seems abnormally flat. Also, LeForte Osteotomy?

Good morning, Reddit.

I’m a 23 year old male, genes seem to indicate paki/Arab/mongol/Persian plateau ancestry.

I don’t know if it’s a racial phenotypic sort of thing, but face seems just literally abnormally flat, even comparing to other people with recessed maxillae.

I have a gap in my front teeth, and have had my wisdom teeth extracted. I’ve been mewing for about 8 months now, not sure if any gains made.

Since I haven’t made gains, should i just opt for plastic/cosmetic surgery?

I haven’t done any specific measurements, but I’m not sure if this is even normal, so I came to ask reddit for opinions.
