I'm now noticing that my front teeth are more aligned and my overbite is pretty much gone. My occlusion is very good right now. Has anyone noticed this after starting mewing? I've been doing this for over a month now and have completely adjusted. My tongue is constantly resting at the roof of my mouth 24 hours a day.
Ever since breathing primarily through my nose at all times (I only mouth breath if I'm breathe hard during a workout.) I feel less anxious and more relaxed. I do believe that mouth breathing can create anxiety. Thoughts?
