(this is basically a repost but on a different sub)
Hi, I'm an 18-year-old male. I started wearing braces in 2019 because my overbite was severe. I had four teeth extracted, two from the top and another two from the bottom. The adjustments were paused for several years due to the pandemic, but I resumed treatment last year (2023). I've been consistent with adjustments since then, but I've noticed several issues with my teeth as time goes by.
Firstly, my upper teeth seem to have sunk in. When I smile, they're barely visible. It feels like my upper lip no longer touches my upper teeth.
Secondly, my teeth aren't symmetrical. The teeth on the right side are more visible compared to the left side, even though I counted them and they're equal amount.
Lastly, the midline of my upper and lower teeth isn't aligned. When I try to align them, my jaw looks crooked.
Please share any thoughts or advice you have. Whether it's advice, tips, judgment, etc., I really need it.
