Where has Ornn gone in Pro?

In the change to Season 11 it seems like the playrate of Ornn in pro-play has totally fallen off a cliff. You still see it occasionally, but he went from among the most popular top laners to a niche pick.
Yet, Ornn Season 11 is clearly just not that bad in solo-Q.
So, why has Ornn fallen out of the pro-meta? Is the change to Masterworks bad in a pro context? Is it because Sion is so broken he's taken over the tank role? Are tanks just worse? Or is it something else?
