Explain how to beat Yorick

I just went up against a gold Yorick who cleaned my clock. I need advice from the OrnnFathers on what to do in the matchup.
- Ornn wants to group up with the homies and get into a big 5 v 5 where he tanks damage. But, when Yorick shoes up in a side lane, you have mere seconds to start clearing waves or else the tower is lost.
- It feels like Yorick can always control the tempo of the matchup with map pressure.
- Ornn's wave clear isn't terrible, but I just couldn't handle the massive waves of minions.
- My damage definitely wasn't good enough to kill his Ult reliably and quickly.
What am I supposed to do here? Did I build wrong? (I built frostfire, steelcaps, thornmail, FoN, Warmogs). How do I get to teamfights? How do I challenge him in a side lane?
