I saw this posted on the front door of City Pub in North Quarter Downtown Orlando. They've been silently closed for a while now, with just a sign on the door that says closed for the summer, we will see you in the fall.

Oh absolutely. I was just pointing out that if they want to fight this they have to come up with the rent money, which is obviously what this matter is about in the first place. The business is probably going out of business.

You can, if you think the amount requested is wrong, file a motion for court determination of rent.
