Newer to Orks player - opinions wanted on Lootas and Burnas

I have several boxes of Lootas, and I have the spare parts to build both the Burnas and lootas so I'm rather happy about that.
I run my orks as Deathskulls. (Cuz dey da bestest).
Question is - is it more effective to run them in squads as 5 mans, 4 mans with a spanner, 10 mans or 9 mans with a spanner?
