Looking for opinions - My Deathskulls Waaaghband - Nobs on bikes - What to arm them with?

Set options aren't great but with only a few kits i already have loads of options.
If I give them sluggas can they fire both the sluggas and the dakkaguns at the same time?
I was thinking doing Killsaws for all three in the unit. Not sure If I want to do twin killsaws.
I'm open to anything, I'm just new to orks, and I'm looking for opinions and reasons.
