Any way to get an Original Xbox DDR pad working on Windows 11 or macOS Sequoia?

I have an old intec ddr pad that's got a PS2 and Xbox plug, but the ps2 plug is busted. I have a windows 11 machine and a macbook and would be happy if i could get this pad to work on either. I bought an xbox to USB adapter but windows just sees it as "generic USB adapter" when the pad is plugged in. Xb2Xinput doesn't support DDR pads and XBCD doesn't work on Windows 11. Sequoia just doesn't react to the controller at all.

It seems like I miiiight be able to get it working on Linux through xpad, and I'm willing to try that route if other people have been able to do it with any success.
