The only instance I can think of is Splinter Cell Double Agent which was a totally different and generally inferior game on the 360. But most other games that were on both platforms, like Marvel Ultimate Alliance, Gun, The Godfather, Hitman Blood Money, Burnout Revenge, I think they're identical from a gameplay standpoint.

Is there any noticeable difference between those games' two versions? I'm mostly just interested in more stable framerates, but better textures or higher res or native widescreen support would be cool (although I think all the games I mentioned just now had native widescreen support on the og xbox).

Any opinions on this?
