Can't purchase BF1 with Paypal?

Basically I'm trying to purchase the standard edition of Battlefield 1 on Origin. I'm an Origin Access member so the price is 53.99. After I sign in to Paypal and accept the payments to my card/bank account, it sits on a loading screen for about 20 seconds before telling me "We had some trouble processing your request. Please try again later." I've tried buying it Friday, Saturday, and today and it still does the same thing. I've also tried purchasing it through my web browser but it still persists. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix? Thank you.

EDIT: I went ahead and bought the same cheaper than what I was going to pay for it through G2A. Thanks for nothing Origin.
