Repot? Rot? UGH!

Over the past months some old fans have yellowed and died but I'm worried that there's something else going on ðŸ˜. I've reduced watering since it's cooled really fast however the leaves haven't gotten limp, but they're not as perky/stiff as they were in the summer. I've stalled repotting bc I don't know much about paphs besides all the youtube vids and reading 🌚
