Netgear Support removed my brand new RBR850 from my account because they are completely incompetent. I had requested to have my RBR50 removed, which was already done by another support agent.
If any official netgear agents are on here please look at support tickets: 44392526 and 44341462 .
Yes, I used a lot of profanity because I was and am very angry.
Now my Armor Subscription is gone from my router. It still shows active on my router itself, but not on my router on Netgear's registration site anymore. Which I'm betting if I accidentally disable it or do a factory reset, I'm screwed.
Also if you can fix the Armor NEVER scanning for vulnerabilities that would be great as they are unable to. They really are a bunch of idiots.
