Randomly dropping signal, most of the time, only with cell phones
Post Body

I split it into two SSID's, because I have an Oculus Quest and for some reason they designed it to constantly search for the best signal, and it would drop connection every 10 minutes or so because it would try to switch channels. Once I split into a 2.4 and a separate 5.0, I connected the oculus and had zero problems with it. But, recently, my Galaxy S9 cell phone started to get the error message "check the quality of your internet", or internet not connected, or something similar. The WiFi symbol gets a little ! next to it. It happens completely at random, sometimes it will go down for 5 minutes and than it will give me internet again. Other times, it's off for hours. When I switch to using the 2.4 channel, it was connecting without issues, but it's now started to do the same thing. My wife and daughter just recently started having problems as well. I went into the ORBI settings, and verified both channels are still there. I checked connected devices and all looks well. It mainly happens with cell phones, but earlier today, my wife advised she had trouble connecting her laptop with the 5g, but it worked when she went to the 2.4. I just tried changing the 5ghz channel from 48 to 36 and am hoping that will work. Can anyone help here? I had plans to take my phone to Sprint because I thought it was only my phone having issues, but as I said before, they told me last night they started having issues a few days ago. I've been having the issue for weeks...Any help would be greatly appreciated.
