I've had the ORBI for about a year now and have loved it. The WiFi speeds are terrible, and I have 1000 from ATT. I get close to that when wired, so it's definitely the WiFi. Anyways, this morning at 7am, the internet went out. I did the typical reset the router. Got the same result, no internet (solid magenta). I figured it's got to be the ATT modem, but it's not. I went through all of troubleshooting myself, and then also went through their tech support team to make sure I didn't miss anything. Their modem is working fine when connected via ethernet to my PC.
I will say that I did have to split the 2.4ghz and 5.ghz because I have devices that would keep losing connection after about 10 minutes or so. After troubleshooting those devices, the issue was that the devices were automatically trying to find the best channel and ended up bouncing back and forth between the 2.4ghz and the 5ghz and because of that it kept dropping the connection. The moment I split the channels, the problem was resolved and I haven't had any issues for about 2 weeks, and then this happened this morning. Still solid magenta no matter what I try. Can someone please help? I've also tried calling multiple different customer support numbers and I'm continuing to get the same "have to pay" because the router is outside the 90 day window to receive customer support.
