Hey all Recently purchased a rather expensive Orbi AX6000 (RBK852) two unit mesh router system and not unlike a few people before me I’m having trouble with the satélite connecting and show up as a part of the network map on the Orbi App (iOS).

I’ve been over the install process about a dozen times, dragged the satélite into within a metre of the router, given the netgear phone support a swing, managed to get the light to turn blue, even connected the two with a Ethernet cable (just to see what would happen🤷) but nothing I’ve done so far has got it up and functioning.

Is there anyone out there who knows how to get this bucket of bolts up and running?
