I have an Orbi RBR 20. It is connected to a Comcast modem with 1200mbps max speed. I'm having strange speed issues.

When I connect my pc via ethernet I get about 350mbps. The Orbi speed test shows it has 930mbps.

When I connect my android device via wifi to my modem I'm getting 1300 mbps. When I connect it via Orbi I'm getting 600 . Less than half.

When I change the PC connection from ethernet to modem, wifi speed goes up from 350 to 525. An increase but nowhere near what it should be.

I've had comcast techs out to the house twice. They swapped out the modem and cable box.

Could the modem cause this?
