How to handle Parametric EQ settings when you can't set lowest peaks?

Good afternoon,

I'm a bit new to EQing my headphones like this, but I have a set of 7Hz Timeless IEMs I'm looking to tune to the harman target.

I found the EQ documentation for it, but in my PEQ, the lowest peak I can set is 20Hz while the document specifies a 14Hz peak. I'd like to get it as close as possible, so I was wondering if there's a way to calculate what the 20Hz peak (and Q-Factor) would be or if that's a bad idea?
