OT helped me get 559 out of 600 on the new army combat fitness test
Post Body
I’ve only been in OT 2 months and when I took this test yesterday (Sunday morning) I got really good scores (despite a pulled thigh muscle).
300 deadlift 10.3 meter ball throw Sprint drag carry 2:02 42 hand release push-ups 3:40 plank 18:02 2 mile run
Me and my bff have been doing the morning classes pretty consistently.
I’m impressed and once I get over this Charlie horse in my thigh, I’m going to continue and say OT is good prep for the ACFT.
Any other vets concur?
