Anyone train for a half marathon while doing OTF?
Post Body

I started OTF over the summer and have gotten into a good routine of doing classes 4-6 days per week pending my work schedule.

There’s a half marathon coming up in December that I want to do even though I wouldn’t say I’m a great runner. What have other people done to keep OTF in their routine while also preparing for longer runs? Also if 2.3 miles has me breathless on Endurance days, is there any advice for how long I should train?

Current thoughts are… 1. Keep classes to 4 days a week and add in longer runs 2 times a week. 2. Go down to 3 classes per week and do longer runs 3 times per week
