I’ve come a long way!
Post Body

When I joined OTF in January, I was 4 months post partum. Completely out of shape (not that I was in shape before getting pregnant lol), could barely keep a 4.5 pace to save my life and once incline was introduced to me I thought I would never make it.

It’s been 5 months since I started my fitness journey. I’ve been building myself up to stay at good run speeds. Base pace is now 5.5, and today I was able to keep my run for distance at a solid 7.5 throughout the whole tread block AND the last 30 seconds of the run I went up to an 8!!

I’ve lost 20 pounds since I joined OTF, and I want to lose another 20 (hopefully) by the end of the year. It’s so goddamn rewarding to see the progress I’ve been making since day 1. Just wanted to say it is possible. Just have to keep at it and ignore the voice in your head that says you can’t go anymore and up the mph to prove them wrong!

Happy workouts beautiful people. Let’s keep the splats going!
