Good for post-WLS patients?
Post Body

I had weight-loss surgery back in January and lost about 150lbs since (started at 594, down to 440 now). I’ve gotten up to walking about 5 miles a day but I’m not burning the same calories as I used to, and walking alone isn’t much fun. OTF looks like something I’d really enjoy - has anyone gone through WLS and had success? I’m worried I won’t be able to keep up or do some of the floor work stuff.
