Hey all! I have never posted on this subreddit so I hope I am doing this right. I am just panicked about my weight loss journey and would appreciate any insight.

I have been doing OTF for about 4 months now and I LOVE it. I feel my endurance increasing, my joy with working out has returned, and I just feel happy more than ever. My only issue is that I have hardly lost weight and still fit my clothes the same. It is extremely discouraging. Before OTF, I was at the gym regularly so I have been trying to lose weight for the past 12 months. I am still 7 pounds away, give or take. I feel it is my nutrition. I am 5'2" and about 127 pounds. My goal weight is 120 pounds. I have been there before but a few years back. I am 30 years old, female.

I feel like nothing I do has helped. I track my calories and for about 6 months, I did the full macros but got really tired of it when I noticed I could never pass 125 pounds on the scale. It got exhausting for me, especially mentally.

Does anyone have tips for nutrition? (like how many calories, macros, anything. I just feel lost. and hopeless). I am so good at following and tracking so I just wish there was a way to know what/how much to eat a day. I seriously just feel so sad and discouraged at the zero change I am feeling and seeing in my body.

I would suggest working with a nutritionist as well! Right now Iā€™m starting to incorporate eating plant based foods and eating more veggies and fruits as well.
