Hi Everyone,
I am a new fellow to this group and I am really excited to try my first class today with OTF at 10:30 am PST. As I am going to gym for the first time in my life, I have heard OTF can be intimidating for beginners. To better prepare, can you please advise me on what should I drink/eat before the class so that I can maximize the benefit of the first class.

Update: Thanks everyone for your help in providing amazing tips and suggestions. I loved the energy in the first OTF class and have signed up for 8 class/month package to get a hang of OTF. For my first class, I had a protein bar but felt like puking in the class and couldn't give my best. I will try to go for next class with proper hydration and see how that works out.
